​Janeeva Reann Pettway, affectionately known as Janeeva, is a trailblazer in professional dance. Born in Springfield, Tennessee, and now based in Los Angeles, she’s captivated audiences worldwide with her dynamic performances and Afro-inspired, hip-hop-infused style. Janeeva’s dance journey began unexpectedly after a childhood of constant change and sports.

Encouraged by a friend to try a dance class, she discovered her passion, leading to her first big break—a global tour with Jason Derulo, booked at an open audition. Since then, she has performed with stars like Nicki Minaj, Ciara, Tyga, NLE Choppa and Saweetie, combining artistry with charisma. Authenticity defines Janeeva’s approach on and off the stage. Despite early insecurities and industry challenges, she embraced self-belief, resilience, and growth, turning setbacks into stepping stones. Today, she extends her creativity through choreography, teaching, and social media content creation, inspiring others to pursue their dreams. Janeeva’s vision includes advocating for fair treatment of dancers, creating platforms for aspiring performers, and expanding her influence as a mentor and innovator.
